Recently renovated this home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, large dining table and relaxing, cozy lounge. Sleeping 5 guest across 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has 1 queen bed and bedroom two has 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, with access into the bathroom.
There is a large front lawn giving plenty of room for the kids to play or park the toys with lots of off street parking.
This truly is the perfect location! The main shopping strip, bars and restaurants are only a short 5 minute stroll away or 20 minutes walk to Mauao "Mount Maunganui".
Note - This property has a shared driveway, bbq and backyard with another short term rental property. The Mount Beach House is the front of two dwellings that occupy the site.
The check in is simple, detailed instructions will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. This is contactless and easy to access.
The property is shared with the back house, this too is a short term rental house. Please feel free to use all area, while still respecting the other houses space.
